Vikas Kumar Mittal is the founder director of Nova Formworks Pvt. Ltd. A second-generationentrepreneur, he is associated with the plastic manufacturing domain for the last 20 years. Post hisjoining the family business started by his father in 1974, Vikas raised the rank in the company, fromoverseeing manufacturing in factory, to reshuffling company operation, and finally focusing on productdevelopment.It was Vikas’s vision coupled with insights he gained from working on the grounds, which led to thecompany’s foray into plastic molded furniture in 1999. His decisive leadership, deep productunderstanding and foresight resulted in the company growing manifold over the next few years. Vikasspearheaded the manufacturing of many innovative products that were not only user-friendly but alsotime and energy saving. A responsible business, Vikas was amongst the first generation of visionaryentrepreneurs who consciously worked towards a greener technology.His passion for product innovation and aptitude for preempting the future directive in the market led tothe introduction of plastic corrugated sheets in advertisement and packaging industry. A serialinnovator, Vikas dedicated the next half- a-decade to research and development and in 2011, helaunched Nova plastic formworks system – a timely innovation when the construction industry wasincreasing looking out for lightweight, durable and cost effective formworks solutions over traditionaltimber and aluminum formwork. Under his leadership, Nova Formwork becomes a brand name toreckon with. Today, Nova Formwork works with leading construction majors in India and abroad on1000 Cr. Projects. It was Vikas’s exemplary attitude and forward looking mindset that made such featspossible.At a personal level, Vikas Mittal is a man of strong values and integrity. He believes in giving back tothe society and regularly contributes trusts. He is also actively associated with Round Table India, anNGO that builds schools for the underprivileged sections of society and many other social work for thesociety. Vikas aspires to make the world a better place and is ready to do his share for the same.Vikas is currently focused on realizing his Mission of having Nova’s footprints across India, and atleast 30 other countries by 2025.Tina Mittal is a dynamic entrepreneur leading the charge in revolutionizing the construction sector. AModern School alumna and Shri Ram College of Commerce graduate, Tina joined the family businessin 2009, overcoming challenges as the sole woman in the business. Today she plays a pivotal role inexpanding Nova Formworks, a prominent name in India’s construction sector, by combininginnovation with efficiency and cost savings. Tina’s Philanthropic endeavors extend to supportingNGOs, running food drives and championing education and skill India and contribution significantly tocommunity development, embodying her belief in collective success.
